Activity Guide Template

We have created this activity guide template to help you get the best out of your community.

To write your guide, here are the steps to take:

  1. Take a look at the community overview slide, and start to build out your community at a topline level, thinking about types of activities, who will see them and when plus any stimulus required.
  2. Once you have decided on your overview, you can add the detail for each activity to the template slides. Choose the relevant slide for the activity type you would like to use (they are labelled in the top left of the slide), then copy and paste it into your guide section as you start to build out your guide. Note that Surveys, Markups and Diaries require 2 slides (a+b), so make sure you copy both slides if you are using those activities.
  3. Once you have pasted the slide(s) into your guide section you can complete the information on the slide as requested. Repeat for each new activity. You will need to copy and paste a new slide each time you want to use that activity. Please make sure you are always using the correct slide for the task you require.
  4. That’s it!

If Further is programming your Together community you will be required to submit your finalized discussion guide using this template no later than 3 business days prior to community launch.
