Programming your guide into Together

With a finalised guide, your project manager will upload all activities and questions into the platform ready for launch. Further’s Client Success team will upload your finalised activity guide saving you valuable time and avoiding potential technical and usability hiccups further down the line.

What we do

  • Quality check your settings and requirements against your guide
  • Flag any technical or functional requirements that will prevent a successful study
  • Programme your activities onto the platform
  • Provide a written account of any changes, improvements or suggestions that can have/can be made to increase the effect of your study
  • Conduct a final light touch check on your platform

What you need to do

  • Write your guide into our template, including all instructions around activity type, social setting, bias (as appropriate) and stim required for each question
  • If the guide is not in English - translate the guide in our template, keeping all instructions in English (only question titles and text should appear translated)
  • Provide us with an organised digital folder with all stimulus included (JPG/PNG for images or MP4 for videos), clearly labelled by activity and/or question (in the case of activities where stimulus might relate to specific questions/pages)

Timings

  • Day 0 - you provide the guide in English/ translated
  • Day 1-2 - we programme the guide
  • Day 3 - we quality check
  • Day 3 - we send you the completed URL
  • Day 4 - your community is ready to launch!

Notes:

  1. English-language activity guides must be received by Further at least 3 days before the launch of your community.
  2. If you wish the Further team to program your guide in a time less than 3 days prior to launch, please contact the client success team directly (client-success@go-further.co) to enquire about feasibility. In these instances a rush fee (twice the normal cost) will be incurred.

For non-English activity guides:

  • Receipt must be at least 5 days before the launch of your community
  • Further require an English-language version of the guide (for reference), otherwise you will need to make use of Further’s Basic Optimisation support to ensure that the project is delivered to the best standard.

Output

  • Further will deliver your platform link (URL) which will include your activities programmed and ready to go live the day before the community launches, ready for participants to be added.
