Moderation Masterclass
Moderating asynchronous online qual requires a different set of moderating skills and techniques that involve more than interacting with participants at the point at which they complete your activities. It is not the same as in-person moderation or even moderating online focus groups.
It can be complex, and unpredictable, disorderly and demanding but with planning and preparation you can navigate some of the most common misteps to keep your participants fully engaged and to maximise the usefulness of their responses.
Led by Dr John Whittle, MRS-approved trainer, social scientist and qualitative methodology specialist, this hour long session covers everything you need to master online qualitative moderation.
