How do I know what activities each participant has completed?
The participant summary report details for you what activities each participant has responded to, how may posts participants have made to each activity and provides you with a detailed summary of the most active participants.
To generate a participant summary report follow the below steps.
1. From your community dashboard scroll down to the Community Health section
2. Select New summary
3. Select Create - this will generate the participant summary report since the community started
OR if you would like to run the report for a specific period of time
4. Click into the text field and select today, yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days or custom date range
5. Select Apply
6. Select Create
It can take a couple of minutes to generate the report and once the report is ready to be downloaded you can select the download link to download the excel file.
